It’s unpredictable whether you’ll even get service, if anyone is present, or if you’ll be left waiting 10 minutes for someone to attend to you at the window. Management really needs to pay attention to what happens in the afternoon when they’re not around. I've tried to support this location, but they continue to disappoint my family. At this rate, I don’t see how they can stay open for much longer with the current staff.

While th... read more I waited for over 10 minutes before deciding to leave, despite being spoken to only once during that time, when I was informed they were short-staffed. While they seemed to manage the drive-thru orders well, they completely ignored customers who walked in. The service was not satisfactory at all.

While I under... read more I placed my order using the app and parked in the designated spot. My order was supposed to be ready by 10:17, but I ended up waiting until 10:45. While I understand they were busy, I was frustrated. When I spoke to someone at the intercom to inquire why I had to come inside after ordering curbside, they started laughing, which was quite unprofessional. I ultimately never received my food. I will be disputing the charge and will not be returning to this location in the future!

My last two visits included a chicken sandwich that was missing the chicken, and a blt chicken sandwich meal with just a piece of extremely burnt chicken and nothing else. The lady who took my order was clearly stoned. I’ll drive 15 extra minutes to another location next time.
