The wait time was excessively long, and the staff member I spoke with, Brian, was not helpful at all. He interrupted me while I was trying to ask about my order and spoke to me in a casual and disrespectful way. Overall, his customer service was quite poor, and I'm really dissatisfied with the experience. If I could, I would give it a -5 rating.

The lighting in the restaurant is also inadequate; it was so dim that I had to use my cellphone flashlight just to read the menu.

She di... read more My family and I visited the restaurant yesterday to celebrate the New Year, but we were greeted by an extremely unprofessional and unenthusiastic server. She didn't welcome us when we arrived; instead, she merely looked at us with a blank expression and said, "You know it's a 20-30 minute wait, right?" The restaurant was nearly empty, so I politely asked if we could have a table right away. Her response was filled with attitude as she said, "I'm the only one here; it's going to be 20 minutes." I’m glad I chose to keep my thoughts to myself, but her lack of professionalism was disappointing. I later reached out to management, and he informed me that he had received similar complaints throughout the night, which is telling. People like her shouldn't be in this line of work.

The broccoli was also excessively salty, so I had to send it back. For my birthday dessert, I was disappointed to see that it looked nothing like the picture; after spending over $50, I ended up with just a $1.99 brownie and a scoop of ice cream. I was not impressed at all.

Our waitress, Izadora, delivered exceptional service, and the restaurant manager was remarkable as well. I will definitely be coming back!
