Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

My visit on 4/15/24 is my second and last disappointing experience at red robin. After a fun day of hiking we drove past the washington mall location (because last time the server was extremely racist to me and the other POC being served) to visit this location. My toddler needed attention so I didn't have a chance to eat my burger and ended up taking it home, only to find out later that night the burger was inedible. How? The patty was clearly burnt, yet for some reason the cook decided the appropriate fix was to cut out the burnt center of the patty and fill it with a slice of tomato? Disgusting waste of $15. Next time, I'm going to 5 guys because at least they give out more fries than this place. They were so stingy on the refill, that my toddler (who is learning to count) counted the fries on her toddler meal and the 1 refill we got to a whooping total of 23 fries. Clearly management is struggling with providing sufficient training and staffing to this location.Kid-friendliness: Were not provided napkins beyond the one we were provided with our utensils. Ended up just using our own wipes from our diaper bag since they were clearly understaffed that day.

Pretty good foodBurgers were good, pizza was okService was ok, I had to find someone at the bar for a couple of things.

It was pretty quiet when we went there today, but that did not stop Vicky from bringing her absolute a-game! She was incredible! The food came out fast! And everything tasted incredible!

Great food and beverage !Waitresses know their menu and very helpful with suggestions ! We will be back ! Thank you for making our visit

Had a newer burger on the menu which was good but not great. Had sweet potato fries on the side which were burnt and barely edible. The waitress was almost friendly but seemed preoccupied with something though she did remember to fill our drinks. Prices were very high for a burger and fries and ice tea. Probably will be a while before I go back.
