The Tsawwassen mills Tim Hortons lives by the Dr.Sues book, Green Eggs and Ham, great book, horrible way to sell food. They refuse to give refunds for moldy food, refuse to replace the moldy food, they refuse to open new bags of bagels and will tell people they don't have any left until a refund is demanded and then they look mad for people wanting what they asked for instead of taking what the staff has within reach... Came in the morning before catching the ferry and it was nice and clean, fast service.
We will never go here again. No customer service what so ever. Food was gross. Won't give our 20.00 back just 5.00. Do not go
Update; Things have changed. There’s still one guy who if you wanted a welcoming business you wouldn’t let him speak on drive thru or speak to a single customer but the service is getting better.This is an update from my last one star review I deleted.Besides the horrible customer service, the manager being ignorant to the questions at the drive-through and then ignorant at the window on a slow afternoon. Food poisoning is something I can’t tolerate..Both of my kids bought wraps from here today and both of them have severe food poisoning. Both of them violently throwing up all evening and here at 1:30 AM. Makes you feel defenceless.I know it’s from this Tim Hortons because they haven’t eaten all day besides this. They didn’t feel hungry for the rest of the day which is strange and they’re now throwing up exactly what they ate there.They are good kids and don’t deserve how this restaurant is managed. Shame on you.
Twice in a row on different days we’ve come by, once at 9:59pm, one at 9:30pm, and were denied food. The first time they told us they stopped serving food after 10pm, and being that it was pretty much 10, no big deal. The next time we came earlier and “their bagel machine was broken”. Considering they were cleaning all the food machines when we walked in. It’s safe to say the person behind the counter was lying to us because they started shutting down everything so they could leave earlier.Then, the bathroom. Absolutely horrendous, disgusting, I’ll spare you the details, but I’m pretty sure it wasn’t chocolate sauce everywhere!
