Overmountain Vineyards is a stunning spot—perfect for families and completely welcoming. Madison, our server, was outstanding: attentive, sincere, and truly excellent. The atmosphere deserves five stars, and our taste buds would easily give the experience a perfect 10/10. The Sangria and Cabernet Rosé were exceptional, and it’s impressive that the family-owned farm produces and bottles everything themselves. We’re so grateful to have discovered this vineyard and will definitely return!
Last Friday, on our way to Saluda for a girls' weekend, we searched for nearby wineries and discovered Overmountain Vineyards. Although we didn’t have a reservation, it was around 1:30 in the afternoon and they warmly welcomed us right away. I appreciate tastings where you actually learn about the winery and the wines, rather than just having glasses poured, and Mark provided exactly that. He led us through an amazing tasting experience, and we had such a wonderful time. It was fantastic, and we will definitely add it to our list of places to visit again.
Such a fun surprise to find this beautiful family owned/operated vineyard! The setting couldn't be more beautiful and the wines are all made with grapes grown on site or locally. Beautiful, large patio surrounded by flowers, succulents, and mountain views. The sights and sounds of a variety of birds are also present at this rural bird sanctuary. The sangria is made fresh every dayand is a must try. So good! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff will make sure you have an awesome experience at this rare gemof a vineyard! We will definitely be back!
