El Faro - Truth Or Consequences

I love eating here. 9/10. (only because it doesn't make me full, are a little bit small, but overall delicious and worth it) my only real question is when I go there, I'm not greeted. always. I'm just saying where you want, and someone will help you soon. and wait for about 15 minutes until they ask me what I want, one of the young waiters will come to me and it seems that they are so busy that they forget to have a good job! but they simply take their order quickly and they see them running around, but they never check on them. I saw a young man sitting over an hour without even getting a drink. Finally, a cook I had belive came and offered him a drink. eating is amazing. I think the personal needs a little dc and customer service training. how the atmosphere feels rushed and not really pleasant.

During my first visit to this restaurant, I ordered a hamburger with green chile fries. The fries were delicious and tasted homemade, but the service was quite slow. There seemed to be only two servers working that day, which made the restaurant feel short-staffed. It took a while to get our server's attention, and they didn't check in on us or refill our drinks during our meal.

The chips were thick and cold. We had to call the waitress several times to ask for water refills, and then she would forget and we would have to ask again. the restaurant was not full. there were only four of us on our table. my taco salad was bland. we will not return. there are much better possibilities in this area.

The food is amazing! my man and I ate here twice during our stay in t or c. both males was eating hot, fresh and tasty! our server were friendly and worries us very much. we will eat here at the next visit definitiw.

Absolutely LOVE eating here!! My go-to order is shredded beef burrito with green chile, smothered in queso. As well as rice and beans on the side. The flavor on the meat is just *chef's kiss* AMAZING.?? The chile cheese fries are excellent as well. Definitely recommend, 10/10
