That was Jack in Argo and my order was wrong and there was no n-line or in the store. I repeated my order several times and she asked several times to repeat it and she could still not get it right. She was too busy on her phone and flirted with a male employee. I have no problem with fun during work, but do your job. When Jack's first opened they were outstanding, but not like a lot of other places it's not always a winner. The food didn't even taste like it has in the past. My chicken was tough and the frys were not very good. The biscuit was the best part.

Had to stop to grab food. Thought it was a Jack in the Box lol and was hoping for tacos.... and turns out it a fried chicken and burger place. Got the chicken tenders... not bad, but lots of breading. Worked out in a pinch!
Drive through is more important than people who park and come in. Got our food 21 minutes after ordered and 10 plus cars went through drive through. Then went to leave and all of our order was not in bag.
I enjoy the food at Jack's,but this location is in disrepair and dirty. The men's bathroom especially.
