What daisymae lyles dislikes about Kfc:
I went to the restaurant one day and discovered they had no meat for the tacos. I thought I’d give them another shot a few days later and came in for a chicken dish, only to be informed that there was no chicken available at 5 PM. Seriously? View all feedback.
KFC, situated in the same building as Taco Bell in Truman, has a disappointing menu experience. During my last visit, the restrooms were in poor condition—see my review of Taco Bell for details. Additionally, the service is consistently slow.
The order took a long time to arrive, and they were out of a few items we wanted, particularly the extra crispy chicken, which we were told takes too long to prepare. Additionally, our food had been sitting under warmers for some time—it was barely warm and quite chewy, definitely not fresh. This happened twice in a row during peak dinner hours.
At KFC, I received my order in less than two minutes, and I couldn't be happier! The menu offers great options, making the experience even better.
I visited the restaurant at 9 PM on Saturday, November 19th. Even though they close at midnight, I was told that they couldn’t make fries or the Mexican pizza because the kitchen had already closed. I hope they think about extending their hours.
I had a rather disappointing experience at this restaurant. I waited 25 minutes for my bucket of chicken, and they were out of cole slaw, so I couldn't get any. On top of that, I wasn't able to order a bucket soda for some reason.
