Additionally, our food had been sitting under warmers for some time—it was barely warm and quite chewy, definitely not fresh. This happened twice in a row during peak dinner hours.

At KFC, I received my order in less than two minutes, and I couldn't be happier! Even though they close at midnight, I was told that they couldn’t make fries or the Mexican pizza because the kitchen had already closed. I hope they think about extending their hours.
