If you go to Trujillo, you will probably go through the mall during your stay. And if you're here, the best place to eat is Pardos Chicken. A quarter, a half or a whole chicken. The way they prepare it is delicious, as in the best you ever have in your life. You also have a beautiful spicy sauce called AJI, which makes it even better, although my wife would not agree. You can get a quarter, half, or whole chicken. The way they prepare it is delicious, as in the best you may ever have in your life. They also have a nice spicey sauce called AJI, that makes it even better, although my wife would disagree.
