Contribute FeedbackPJ's offers lovely views of the Sierra Mountains and golf course, with good but not exceptional food. The blues music adds to the atmosphere, and the attentive service is a plus. However, outdoor seating can mean dealing with pesky yellow jackets. The menu, while cooked well, might not be worth the steep prices for some customers. The Caipirinaha cocktail was disappointing, lacking authenticity. Despite some setbacks, PJ's is a great place for setting and service, particularly after a round of golf. But, changes in management led to revised menus, higher prices, and a less family-friendly environment.
PJ's was nice. The food was fine but not anything special. The blues soundtrack was very good and not overwhelming. The Sierra mountains and golf course view was great. Our waitress was very attentive and helpful. I guess our mistake was to sit outside, where the weather was fantastic but we had to share our food with pesky yellow jackets! Too bad... I would like to return and be able to enjoy the outside seating.
I had not eaten there in about a year. They really kicked it up a notch. It's not just a bar to get drinks and snacks. It is a real restaurant with great food. In door or out door seating, with a view of the golf course. Our waiter, Cale, was exceptionally good. What a great place to go after you finish your golf game.
Wonderful new menu, food was really good. Fabulous location-try it, it's a delightful surprise to find the new menu and everything tasting so great.
Early sitting had a high population of bees some in our group were uncomfortable. Later once sun was down and wind down the bees moved on. Food and Service was great. Recommend for quietness and view!
Service was attentive but slow. Need education on wine bottle service. Food was ok.
