Do not waste your money ordering from here! We ordered chicken taco plate and a Caesar salad. They did not give us any dressing for the salad, the chicken was cut up into tiny little pieces, and lettuce was wet causing the croutons to become soggy. When I called the restaurant to notify them of this, the girl said “Well I asked you what type of dressing you wanted and I didn’t get an answer.” I ordered a Caesar salad?!! Then she said, “I asked the person who came to pick it up if you wanted dressing and he said no.” No ownership here and making up lies! The chicken taco plate came with 3 tacos as asked, except they barely had a chicken in them. Mostly wet lettuce and shredded cheese. I asked for a refund and was told I needed to come and return the food. Not worth a 20 minute drive for us. Just a sad waste of money. Guess we should have checked the food before leaving the restaurant.

My recent experience at Front Street Station Pizza was unfortunately disappointing. The quality of the pizza did not meet expectations. The crust was overly thin, and the toppings were placed in a manner that made them slide off easily, causing a messy dining experience.Moreover, the cheese used seemed inadequate as it failed to hold the toppings together, resulting in a disorganized mess. Regrettably, when I approached the staff regarding the issue and the possibility of a refund for the inedible pizza, there seemed to be a lack of understanding or willingness to address the situation appropriately.As a customer, I believe that in instances where the food served does not meet basic standards, a resolution such as a refund or a replacement should be a reasonable expectation. I hope the management of Front Street Station Pizza can improve their service quality and customer handling in such situations for a more satisfactory experience for all patrons.I sincerely appreciate the effort that goes into running a business and hope that this feedback is taken constructively to enhance the overall dining experience for customers.

Great thin crust pizza. Nice clean place. We got ours half baked and finished at home.

So I went there on July 2nd 2024 and I had ordered a combination Pizza over the phone. They told me that it would take about 50 minute 's . I got their exactly 15 minutes later the pizza was cold like it was sitting in the refrigerator, I opened up the box and it was thin crust not what I had asked for. And the toppings on it were below par. Young kid at the cash register took my 35.00 faster than I could blink and he said it was ready 25 minutes ago even though they specifically told me 50 minutes and I specifically asked him on the phone 1 5 or 5 0 . He repeated 50 minutes so I was there exactly at 50 minutes. Bottom line is this place should not even be rated it sucks. It is a tourist trap. Don 't go there. I live up there but I rarely eat pizzas but decided to give them a shot. Don 't waste your time and your money. Too bad round table Pizza is not there anymore in the shopping center next to safeway. It would have been better for me to go to Safeway buy a $10 pizza and brought it home and cook it it would have been better. Don 't waste your time or your money go to Safeway.
