Vegan Mini Chocolate Bundt Cake was crumbling and tasted like your reason crazy cake recipe. Pumpkin donut holes have eggs, but no milk. They were delicious, even on the second day.

After a day of snowshoeing, a friend suggested that we stop at the CoffeeBar and Bakery on 12047 Donner Pass Street in Truckee, near the entrance to hwy 80. As a long-term vegan I thought there was no chance to find vegan pastries. I was confident that I could find plant-based milk because they are now ubiquitous. I was thrilled to offer the most delicious vegan pastries I've ever tasted. The coffee and service is also excellent. Everyone enjoyed both coffee and pastries. I was the only vegan. There is a good selection of vegetarian pastries. We look forward to stopping next week after skiing. I then discovered that my first vegan birthday cake had been bred here. That was also delicious. Nice to know they're here.

This place should not be on happycow given that it has a large pastry case and no vegan options (it used to, but seems to have removed them).
