I've known this place three weeks ago, and I've already been to my 4th order. I don't have a problem with the fast diner I like and I'd go back every time I want a salted pancake sweet one doesn't go without the other. I strongly recommend

Crêpe nutella at all generous to flee like the plague
Crêpes, milkshake and bubble crêpes good have a lot of choice for personality, but nothing exceptional either.
