The worst restaurants in Troyes. To escape. Flat of poor quality. Gourmet coffee with 2 cakes without taste. The waitress doesn't give a cash ticket. Makes a manual proof, does not know how to calculate the VAT and applies a rate to 20%. Don't know where the commercial stamp is. In the end, 20 minutes for nothing.
