What MepLon doesn't like about Chez Philippe:
Went for a lazy Sunday afternoon drink and snack. The champagne list was interesting with some lesser known producers and a tasting from one available. However they ‘ran out’ of bread as we were trying to eat our cheese plate and salmon mousse (although there was bread for the staff later with their snacks) and the service or any interest from staff nonexistent. The bar is only with champagne, not cheap, but there are interesting samples worth it.
