it's really open. it has been play open and closed game for the last 4 years. I like it because it is on the way to work and easy access, but. customer service. we say we have seen better days during the great depression View all feedback.

This morning, I was in my car heading to get my coffee when my phone rang and I missed the intercom at the drive-thru window. When I pulled up to the window and explained to the young lady that I had missed the intercom and didn't get to order my coffee, she seemed to misunderstand me. As I tried to clarify, an older woman approached from behind and told me to go back to the line. I understood, but a coffee doesn't take long, and I come here often. I tried to explain the situation, but she wasn't listening. I politely requested to speak to a manager, but she ignored me and closed the window. I was shocked. I even tried to record the incident on my phone because I couldn't believe an adult would act this way over a coffee order. Eventually, a young man came to the window but seemed disinterested in hearing my concerns. While this may seem like a minor issue, I frequent this place often. I believe the woman at the window was Albanian based on her accent, but she refused to provide her name. I am requesting an email from the manager about this experience because I was denied the opportunity to address how I was treated at their establishment. I felt insulted and unfairly treated, especially so early in the morning. I understand everyone has their bad days, but it's important to treat customers with respect regardless. Thank you.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to poor customer service. An older woman working this morning yelled at me over the microphone, and her attitude was very rude and disrespectful. She even threw the bag of donuts at me. I will never return to this location. Rather than taking the donuts, I decided to leave them for her since her attitude was not worth my two donuts. Instead, I drove to the Rochester location and bought donuts for my son there. She can keep the two donuts and hopefully learn how to treat customers better.
