My son and I were very excited for some hot wings a couple days ago. We walked in and the sign said seat ourselves so we did. There were only two other tables occupied and both looked like they were finishing up. What User doesn't like about The Babylon Grill Troy:
Went in for dinner at 7:30 pm, ordered a hamburger and a Philly cheesesteak. Waitress came back and said they couldn 't cook either one because they were short staffed. There were two other tables in the entire restaurant and both had finished eating.This was at least the third time we have gone back to give them 'another chance '. There won 't be a fourth. My first and last experience with this place. I honestly can’t give this place any stars. Our steaks were brought out cold and wrong. We had to ask for our salads to be brought out before the food. Then my friend was brought a potato with no steak on the plate. When we asked for the manager we told her the experience and she said what do you want me to do and I don’t want you to come back if you don’t want to come back. WOW I have NEVER had a “Manager “ handle an easy situation like this one. Needless to say I suppose my expectations were too high for a steak night at Babylons in Troy.
We enjoy going to Babylon for there Wednesday sirloin steak deal. The steaks are very very good, the servers are very attentive and very personable.
The best atmosphere of any bar/restaurant in the area!The staff is the most friendly I've interacted with.The food is incredible and rarely have had any complaints.You will absolutely not regret coming into this amazing establishment.Kid-friendliness: Great kids menu
Every time we come here, we get treated very well. The bartender, Brittany, always knows us and remembers what we drink and eat. I definitely recommend!!
I am a frequent customer. Staff and owners are always great. They go out of their way to make you feel welcone.
