Great location and food is always great. Short staffed that day so it took a lot longer than expected.Vegetarian options: You can ask for no meat

Food is good, but there is something to note about one of the employees here and the state of the establishment.The young girl working the front counter on Friday night around 8:16pm wearing the grey jacket needs a reality check in life. Flicking off her friend with the blonde hair working in front of all the customers, cussing on the line, touching her hair and scratching her face than touching bags and putting stuff in bags. Very sad to see the younger generation acting like this.On another note, this location is extremely dirty. Probably a good deck scrub in the lobby to get the build up on these tiles out here and a nice sweep under the beverage bar and front counter would make this location even 10% cleaner. Kinda gross. Skip this location if in Troy and looking for Taco Bell, make the 10-15 minute drive to Wentzville.

Have tried many times to order from this location love Taco Bell. Troy Taco Bell might be the worst run restaurant in all of Missouri. This will be the 3rd time that I have waited for more than a hour for 4 tacos and 1. Burrito. If you have 3 hours to spare before you want to eat this place is perfect. Should be closed at this point.
