This is the best Subway I have ever been to in the world. It is incredibly clean, and I wish all other Subways could learn from them. The presentation is impeccable, the customer service is excellent, and the facilities are spotless. The soups and cookies are made perfectly. Congratulations to the team at Subway, I really appreciate the effort you put in. I am happy I came after they made improvements and fixed any previous issues. The food, service, and atmosphere all deserve a rating of 5 out of 5.
I had a terrible experience at this Subway location. The manager, Krystal, was incredibly disrespectful and had a horrible attitude towards customers. She put so much vinaigrette on my sandwich that it was inedible. Even though she did remake it, she voiced her displeasure with my complaint in a loud and disrespectful manner. I would recommend avoiding this Subway and finding better service elsewhere. Overall, the service was for takeout and the meal was for dinner, with a price range of $10 to $20 per person.
Destiny and Marie provided excellent service with my order, however another woman working at the counter was quite rude to Marie in front of customers. The card reader was also malfunctioning, so I hope that management does not fault the employees for any delays. I deduct one star due to the upper management creating a negative work culture that led to employees being rude to each other, likely due to pressure regarding order timing. Overall, I would rate the service as take-out for dinner with a price range of $1-10 per person.
