Flies are all over the place, and the service is very slow. I had to wait for an hour for my takeout order. Overall, the food gets a 2, service gets a 1, and the atmosphere gets a 1.
I have always been a fan of Subway, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing. I called ahead to place my order for pickup, but the service was chaotic. It took four tries just to get someone to answer the phone. When I arrived to pick up my food, it was a disaster. The BLT sandwich I ordered was mostly onions on stale bread with very little bacon. The wrap I ordered with bacon, chicken, and ranch was a mess, with too much cold chicken and tomatoes despite my request for no tomatoes. It was overstuffed and difficult to eat. When I called the store to complain, the staff were unhelpful and unapologetic. Even the manager did not offer any resolution or apology. I felt like I wasted $20 and will not be returning to this location. It seems like the employees at this store are in need of some serious training.
The vegetables are fresh, the meat is excellent, and the bread is baked fresh in-house. Sandwiches can be customized to your liking, whether heated, toasted, or as is. Overall, the food, service, and atmosphere all receive a perfect score of 5.
