I called ahead to place my order for pickup, but the service was chaot... read more I have always been a fan of Subway, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing. I called ahead to place my order for pickup, but the service was chaotic. It took four tries just to get someone to answer the phone. When I arrived to pick up my food, it was a disaster. The BLT sandwich I ordered was mostly onions on stale bread with very little bacon. The wrap I ordered with bacon, chicken, and ranch was a mess, with too much cold chicken and tomatoes despite my request for no tomatoes. It was overstuffed and difficult to eat. When I called the store to complain, the staff were unhelpful and unapologetic. Even the manager did not offer any resolution or apology. I felt like I wasted $20 and will not be returning to this location. It seems like the employees at this store are in need of some serious training.
