This restaurant has a fantastic atmosphere. The food is delicious, and the service is exceptional. They also offer live music, so be sure to check their schedule for details. Plus, there is ample parking available.
I stopped by for a cocktail on a Monday afternoon, so it was understandably quiet. The menu looked enticing, and the interior included a stage and plenty of Grateful Dead memorabilia. I can only imagine that a Friday or Saturday night would be quite lively. Unfortunately, the cocktail I ordered was a bit on the weak side.
I even left a voicemail to let them know about the mix-up before tasting the food. Let me tell you, the pulled pork mac and cheese was the best I've ever had—seriously, I've tried plenty! My guest, who ordered the cheeseburger, couldn’t stop praising it, exclaiming, “I can’t believe this is just a regular cheeseburger!” The portion of mac and cheese was generous and more than enough to satisfy me. Today, I received a call back from one of the owners who apologized for the missing soup. I was truly impressed—I've had other places get my order completely wrong without a word. This was just a five-dollar cup of soup, but she took the time to apologize and even offered me a credit if I paid by card or a free French onion soup with my next order. She was exceptionally friendly and kind. And the food? Wow, you absolutely have to try their pulled pork mac and cheese! I even had the leftovers for breakfast at 5 AM because it was that delicious!
