Matt the manager, made our evening special. We celebrated a birthday with family and began the evening with a champagne toast. Our service was excellent and Becca made every effort to make sure our table was satisfied and comfortable. The steaks and side dishes were cooked to perfection. Host, Waiter and Ambience was great! This was my first time here, I ordered the Lamb Chops and My Son had the Sea Bass they were “Okay”. The chops were bland and the jus served with the Sea Bass was not good. Edible, but expected better for the price. Also, we had the Sour Cream Mashed Potatoes, couldn't taste any Sour Cream. ? I believe in second chance. Will try again another time and will let you know.
The worst dining experience at this establishment EVER. 6pm reservation, arrived at 545. Was seated by 550, didn't meet my waitress til 615. Got salads around 630, drinks around 645. Food a little after 7. Had to send my overcooked lamb back, sides were cold, drinks were blah. Service was slow, and inattentive.$350+ check and the server writes in her $77 gratuity. I won't be back. Had to edit my review. My experience didn't sit well with me at all. I called and spoke with John who was extremely empathetic and assured me my next visit would be normal. I look forward to it...
This restaurant called me to go over their policies before our reservation. 15 minute grace period, please adhere to our dress code. I was expecting a great experience. It was just ok and disappointing. Our table was right next to the kitchen window area and it was busy so it was very noisy. Our service was very slow with more than one occasion where we wondered why our server hadn't been back in so long. We were told about a dessert that requires extra time and so one of us ordered that during the meal, but the server never offered the rest of the dessert menu, we were never asked if anyone would like to see the dessert menu or order dessert. After the one dessert was delivered, we just got our bill. Two of us had originally wanted dessert, but by that time, we had just been there too long and we paid the bill and left. My mom only ordered bisque because she planned on dessert. The soup was only barely warm, and she sent it back to be heated. My dad (Father's Day dinner) said he would not go back.

Tables dirty for hours , behind bar was a mess. The manager reprimanded him in front of guest about an inappropriate glass used while empty tables in area where cluttered with debris the entire 2 hours we were there. Jonathan could not clean up , put stuff away, pack carryouts etc. it was trashed . We would have had more drinks , dessert, after dinner drinks. He just could not give us any attention due to his other guests. At one point he was waiting on 30 people with no assistance. For my 300 bill for 2 people I expect a level of excellence not feel like a burden
