I would recommend expanding the brunch menu to include more options, such as different types of French toast, pancakes, and spiced mimosas. On the positive side, the service was excellent and efficient. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Maggiano's Troy:
I made a reservation a week in advance, but when we arrived, we were told there would be a half-hour wait. This ended up stretching to over two hours. They never responded to our texts about the table either. It’s frustrating when a restaurant doesn’t understand how to manage reservations, and it really impacts the dining experience. Great experience at Maggianos as usual. Service was top notch, food was delicious. We were on a double date, all four of us guys, and the waiter was so friendly about it. This place is so well run. Thanks!
