When my husband went to go pick up dinner for our family the employee told him we could not substitute something we have literally don't for 15+ years. Most of the food seemsokay which is not typical of this place anymore!!! They forgot half the sauces he asked for and the drive thru time is alwaysthe worst! Also when I order a mash potato I want more then a spot of gravy nothing like dry food. I keep giving themopportunities and they just screw it up everytime.

He waited for well over an hour while they brought every other customers food out. They did not answer thephones. Sent my wife to go up there and request a refund. Absolutely ridiculous service and behavior from staff.

After a... read more During my wait for my order, I observed multiple customers, both in the drive-through and dining area, expressing dissatisfaction with incorrect orders. After about 15 to 20 minutes, a staff member informed me that they were out of mashed potatoes—something I hadn’t ordered in the first place. Strangely, no one had arrived after me to place an order. I overheard the manager instructing the staff to "stop taking orders; there’s just too much going on." At one point, a worker entered the lobby and locked the doors, while another outside began turning away cars waiting in the drive-through. After another lengthy 20-minute wait, I finally received my order: 8 pieces of chicken, 2 coleslaws, and biscuits—not at all what I had originally requested! When I asked for a correction, I was given a small fry instead and told they were out of gravy. The only substitute they offered was corn, and they flatly refused to refund my money. The management at this establishment is truly lacking!

The floors were filthy, tra... read more I walked in last night but left immediately. I've never seen a restaurant so dirty. As soon as I entered, I noticed a strange smell. The floors were filthy, trash was strewn around, and there were layers of baked-on grease in the warming area. I certainly won't be coming back. I'm baffled by how they manage to pass health inspections.

During our first vi... read more We will not be going back to this KFC! My husband and I have had two frustrating experiences with online orders for pickup at 7:30 and 8 PM. During our first visit, we were told that the only item available was popcorn chicken because they didn’t want to cook anything else and were trying to close early. Our second visit was equally disappointing; we drove over only to find the restaurant closed at 8 PM, even though their posted hours say they close at 10 PM! I had to call twice to request refunds. The staff there seem very unmotivated!
