I think Ashley should be removed from the platform due to her non-compliance with policies that she agreed to when signing up as a delivery driver. Steven has always made sure that my pickups are handled efficiently and in a timely manner. It's disheartening to see that dishonesty is affecting delivery jobs for everyone, leading to new procedures designed to prevent theft. Honest delivery drivers have no issue confirming their pickups in front of the staff, while it's the dishonest ones who create problems and make good employees like Steven look bad for adhering to the rules. Come on, Ashley Ali—either follow the same rules as the rest of us or consider another job. You're making things more difficult for everyone else. Thank you, Steven, for all that you do—keep up the great work!
