Dunkin' - Troy

Brian and Kyle were amazing! I couldn't decide which donut I wanted, but they helped me create the perfect one! The service was delicious and friendly.

Save yourself the time, money, and frustration. They will mess up your order and then blame you for it, which makes no sense. I ordered a bagel and the cream cheese on it did not even look like cream cheese and when I tasted it, it had gone bad. The employees are nice but the manager is the rudest. Would rather drive a few extra miles someplace else than waste my energy with them.

Didn't have any donuts which caused my doordash customer to get angry, because they already paid for them.

Yeah, it could have been better. The potato hash browns were hard, the black pepper was ok, could have been fresher and the latte was luke warm. They DID get me through without drama though : . So we are going in the right direction. Oh and the cute lady at the window did give me a blank Dunkin card so I could transfer my lost Dunkin gift card to it. That was sweet!

Today was the absolute worst Dunkn experience ever. Spent $60 or so bucks. Ordered two extra things by accident, they wouldn’t let me change it, sub it, refund a little, or all of it. Totally sucked. Manager was not helpful at all and showed zero empathy.
