Very slow service! Waited over 10 minutes for my tea. No flavored coffee available. (Didn't want a latte) Baristas on duty not familiar with their menu items enough to help unknowing, unfamiliar customers. View all feedback.

The people here are amazing! Emily knows her customers and does a great job of making people feel welcome. The place is always clean (even the restrooms), and the drinks are spot on.Thanks for providing a nice atmosphere for me to enjoy my drink while I get a little work done away from the office.

This is my favorite BIGGBY, the lattes are always done the right way. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Plenty of free parking.
