Baskin-robbins - Troy

Whenever I visit this restaurant, there is consistently a hair in my ice cream and I find hair scattered throughout the premises.

The service at this restaurant is fantastic, and the ice cream is delicious. You can't go wrong with Baskin Robbins.

Can I give a 10/10 rating? We have been frequenting this restaurant for over 6 years and have always had a fantastic experience! Most recently, we ordered a custom ice cream cake for my son's birthday and we couldn't have been happier. The cake looked exactly like the pictures we showed them and exceeded our expectations. Everyone at the party raved about it. Every time we walk in the door, Natalie greets us with such friendliness and professionalism. She is truly admirable. My parents had also visited earlier in the week and had great things to say about the service they received. Thank you so much and please keep up the great work, Natalie!

This restaurant is fantastic, and my favorite employee is Claudia. She is always there to assist me and my family, and it's a joy to see her familiar face every time we visit. She even remembers our usual order! I will always make sure to come in when she is working.

The staff at this restaurant was very friendly and the establishment was clean and well-maintained. I would definitely return. The dining room is a decent size if you prefer to enjoy your treats indoors.
