Was EBH at Alias Coffee a mag?
Lovely espresso and pour overs. Filter coffee is too weak for my preference but you can tell it tastes fantastic. A dash of milk shouldn’t turn the cup white tho. View all feedback.
The dining room feels a bit cold and could benefit from some updates to the walls and flooring. However, the coffee is fantastic, which keeps us returning.
I’ve had the pleasure of savoring Alias's espresso during my first and most recent cortado at the weekly Farmers Market. Today, I decided to try a large black cup of their Tarrazú farmhouse blend, with no sugar. Here’s a straightforward review of this locally roasted brew from Costa Rica: it's crisp, well-balanced, and definitely worthy of a refill!
