What David O doesn't like about Jimmy John's Gourmet Sandwiches:
The service here keeps going downhill. This used to be my favorite lunch spot in Troy. It's about last on the list now. I had to greet the 13 year old looking kid because he just stood there and stared at me. I ended up having to give my order to the guy making the sandwiches, and had to ask for the drink that went with my combo. No bag, no napkins.... View all feedback.

You were really busy. Could say they were short, but Subs were great! New package was delish!!
If you are looking for a cold cut sandwich, it is the place to go. I gotta tell Subway you can't touch her sandwich. Even double meat in the subway is half the meat I got at Jimmy John's. I'm gonna go back to Jimmy John.
Staff is always friendly but it seems that the West Chester location just makes a better sandwich for some unknown reason.
Kudos to the Beavercreek team. They were working freaky fast but the orders were coming in freakier AND faster. Still friendly and my sub was great as usual. Will be glad when people go back to work
