Stayed here with my wife for a few days whilst visiting the Cotswolds. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a few evening meals and they were brilliant . I wouldn't hesitate in recommending The Tollgate Inn to anyone. Food drinks: Excellent food. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great value
I visited for an evening meal and I was pleasantly surprised by the standard of the food. They have a classic pub menu with additional extras that you will not find anywhere else, and all the food that came out was of a high quality leaning towards finer dining.
Was passing through on a Tuesday evening and spotted this pub in the country village of Holt. It has a lovely village community feel as you walk in with the locals enjoying their evening beer. However I was accommodated to a table with no booking in the dining area. The food was incredible, very fresh and well cooked. It is also dog friendly! Highly recommend Service: 5
Bar and restaurant freezing cold. Food not great. For its location the price should be less Rooms: 4 Service: 3 Location: 3
