Contribute FeedbackOverall, the restaurant received mixed reviews, with many patrons complaining about rude and unprofessional service, particularly from one bartender. However, other diners praised the quality of the food and the relaxed atmosphere of the establishment. Noise levels were highlighted as problematic for some customers, affecting their overall dining experience. Inconsistencies in reservation policies and drink quality were also noted, with some feeling dissatisfied with the service despite enjoying the food. Despite these issues, the restaurant seems to have a dedicated following of customers who appreciate the exceptional dishes offered on the menu.
Very rude employees and service was very poor. The lady Bartender on 6/17/2019 very unprofessional and discrimination. I have never felt so disrespected in a public place. Even other customers where in shock.....
A group of seven women, who hadn't seen each other in a year, were initially seated at a high rectangular table in front of the open kitchen, which was not ideal. Fortunately, the staff graciously moved them to a small private room with a large round table, which was much better. The room had high ceilings and a cement floor, making it difficult to hear at times, despite being in a private space. Despite the noise issue, everyone enjoyed the food.
This restaurant is fantastic for a relaxed meal. The food always surpasses expectations. My only issue is the noise level, making it difficult to have a conversation. The bone-marrow burger and chocolate seduction cake on the bar menu are both exceptional.
I made a reservation but when I arrived, the host claimed she didn't see it under my name. I explained that I had reserved through OpenTable, but she informed me that they do not accept reservations for parties of less than 6 people. After a short wait, we ordered two Bellinis, which unfortunately tasted like grapefruit juice - something my husband cannot have. We informed the waitress, who offered to replace it with a Mimosa. However, after a few sips, I found the Bellini to be too bitter to drink. When we received the bill totaling $75, the waitress informed us that her manager said she could not comp the Bellini because I had consumed it. This seemed unfair, especially since the waitress had suggested that we keep it rather than waste it. Despite the delicious food, the poor service left a bad impression on us.
