When I arrived to pick up my online order, the restaurant's door was locked. Since I was on foot, I couldn't use the drive-thru and had to ask for a refund for my order. View all feedback.
This is a horrible Dunkin! The quality of food and drinks is poor and their dining room is always closed so they are losing business every single time they close the dining room doors and lock the door.
The drive-thru experience was fast the guy taking your order was nice guy at the window handing your food was nice but they had forgot to give me a snack and bacon I sent my son into let them know with the receipt and the Caucasian lady that work theregave him an attitude about it
The staff at this restaurant uses my name when I place an order. They are extremely friendly and work quickly. I cannot praise them enough.
