I first came to dinner menu and ordered the cadjau. the farm was bright and free with taste. above all, I enjoyed the plucked celery, so an interesting detail! the food was so good and the lunch menu looked even better, so the next day I booked a table for lunch. I had the shave and the swirl. I loved the bee especially. textures and aromes were well thought out. for the desert I had the best sherbet I had ever had!... View all feedback.
What Yvette Huizer doesn't like about Bardus:
Chose this bistro after all the praise on the internet and the local people. The lunch menu looked reasonably good, but not dinner and after 4.30 pm you can no longer order the burger and fish soup or salad, for example. The choice is minimal and vegetarians have no option. We looked for something else to eat. We didn't find the atmosphere fantastic, the terrace is sheltered from the wind, but with a busy street in t... View all feedback.
I have the mushroom toast absolutely delicious. I had no such thing, the chefs know clearly what they are doing. I have dessert the apple cake that was almost deconstructed. the mixture of aromen was unexpected and refreshing. 11/10
I first came to dinner menu and ordered the cadjau. the court was bright and vacant with taste. especially I enjoyed the plucked celery, such an interesting detail! the food was so good and the lunch menu looked even better, so the next day I booked a table for lunch. I had the rave and the vertebrae. I loved the bee particularly. textures and aromes were well thought out. for the desert I had the best sherbet I had ever had! everything was delicious and I really enjoyed talking to the front of the house staff. I was not rushed and they had excellent recommendations.
Excellent. the best restaurant we have eaten in tromsø. the service was very friendly, the restaurant had a nice atmosphere and the eating was excellent. we liked the healed especially, the fish was just so tender. a really nice meal. thank you.
We visited twice, both for lunch and dinner as the menu is different for those occasions. Photo below is from reindeer and lamb from the dinner card. Flavors bonded well with each other and the lamb came with Jerusalem artichoke puree, which was sensational. Would definitely recommend visiting!
The northern Norwegian reflection of the traditional bistro concept, very good food at normal prices for Norway (which is extremely expensive overall; around 200-250 NOK meal). They have a nice veranda in an interior backyard, secluded from the street noise, best place to enjoy your meal in the summer months. Glutenfree friendly. Not so many vegetarian varieties, fish might be the best alternative in Norway.
