All in all the stay was okay. However, we got the impression that everything was very structured and according to a given plan. Of course there is no room for simple extra requests and so there is a certain disappointment. Food drinks: Very simple food and small portions. Rooms: 3 Service: 3 Location: 3
Friendly senior and junior bosses, wonderful views of Neubrandenburg and Lake Tollense. Good starting point for many activities. Food tasted very good and requests for changes were also addressed. Lots of room for improvement! Great view. Nice facility. Food very good. Rooms are sufficiently large and well equipped. BUT: Room cleaning only takes place upon request and so on (quote: ...you can 't choose the staff... . Can you also fluff the pillow, air it, close the curtains or wipe the fittings? Breakfast okay but without scrambled/fried eggs. Bathroom too dark to shave or put on make up as a woman. Dinner (in January from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. (then there is nothing left . Kitchen closes around 7:15 p.m. 7:30 p.m Highly recommended with reservations.

Nicely located on a hill with a view. Food was tasty and sufficient.Have felt comfortable.Neubrandenburg is very fast to reach.
Room clean, breakfast good, dinner okay, but friendliness could still work well. The tip is brought after you with the words they forgot something. It wasn't enough.
Great atmosphere, great staff even more great food. Conclusion on my part: a successful holiday.
Nice little family hotel. Very friendly staff. The rooms were clean and the beds were good. The food was very delicious, especially the Zander and the onion roast and also the breakfast. Only with a small baby it was very simple. We recommend the hotel!
