KFC - Trois-Rivières

When you review one KFC restaurant, you are essentially reviewing the entire franchise.

Arrived at the restaurant just to grab a quick take out supper and the staff were friendly and even though the person who waited on us did not speak English it was still very easy to place our order. Their fries were really great, not sure why but they were better than fries we have had before from KFC. Don't usually eat greasy, but this was really tasty.

I received a flyer in the mail offering a 25% discount when ordering online. However, the flyer did not specify that the discount was only for pick-up orders. After going through the trouble of visiting their website, I found out that they do not offer delivery services. When I called their local number, I encountered a rude woman who made me feel stupid. I then called the main website number and was met with someone who could barely speak English and who abruptly ended the call when I tried to explain my experience. I will not be patronizing KFC again and would not recommend it to others.

We recently dined at this restaurant for a quick dinner and found the staff to be friendly. Despite the fact that our server did not speak English, it was still easy to place our order. The fries were amazing - even better than the ones we've had at KFC. We typically avoid eating fried foods, but these were exceptionally delicious.
