The service was very slow with a 20-minute wait inside, only to end up with a hamburger thrown into our bag resulting in all the buns being squashed. The onion rings were overcooked, the fries were lightly crispy but pale, and the chicken pita had no sauce inside with a wilted lettuce leaf. Very poor service, do not recommend this place at all! Had to give it one star just to leave this review. View all feedback.
Our experience at this restaurant was very disappointing. The service was really poor and there was no clear indication of the Covid protocols in place. Customers were sitting at tables where it was forbidden, half of the tables were not disinfected, and some customers were moving tables multiple times. We couldn't wait to leave this place. Additionally, the food was overcooked and the burgers were very average.

Not edible, the onion rings were cold and overcooked in advance and then reheated in the microwave... there were missing fries in the drive-thru order and the Teen burger was not good, with wilted lettuce disappointed.
Ça fait plusieurs fois que je me fais donner de la Root Beer flat.......venant de A&W qui est censé être super fière de sa Root beer, c'est assez ordinaire. Ça et payer 8 pour un hamburger froid...
Les frites étais froide et la boulette du burger pas cuite..! PAS CUITE! Comment osez-vous servir ca a vos clients?! Une vrai honte.
