Fresh-cut local meat is procured at the butcher shop and then given to the master griller, while you go into the salumeria for your antipasto of regional goodies and some great Basilicata wine. Then sit down and enjoy the good food and company of other diners in a nice outdoor casual setting. Definitely a go local kind of experience!
