Sea rock Restaurant - Trivandrum

We went in originally for a drink and went back that evening for a lovely meal. Very reasonable priced and the service was very good. The waiters speak English and the menu has explanations of what each dish is. Relaxing place to watch the people in the evening with their families.

The welcome was friendly and we were given lots of help choosing our meals . We ate here for lunch and dinner and loved the location right opposite the beach with the surf rolling in. The King Prawn Molly was delicious as was the king fish wrapped in a banana leaf, in fact we all enjoyed our meals on both trip.

... and nice service. Were three times there for dinner. Tried a lot of the indian food. Absolutely delicious! You have to try Chicken 65! Fresh juices and best banana lassi in Kerala! The waiters explain you every dish you want to know more about. Definetely come back!

We decided to try this restaurant after being recommended it daily. We were seated at a table with a lovely view and ordered food and drinks, which arrived promptly. However, the wait staff were chatting loudly and did not check on us during our meal. Once we had finished, our plates were quickly cleared and the lights were turned off, signaling for us to leave. We felt unwelcome and were surprised to find our bill had been overcharged. After questioning this, the incorrect items were removed. We left no tip as we were dissatisfied with the service. We struggled to navigate the dark stairs on our way out. We do not plan on dining here again, as the service did not meet our expectations.

We had a good lunch here looking out over the ocean. Waiter was very helpful and gave great service. He advised a short walk to see the lighthouse which we might have missed.
