I did not visit the castle, but the village is delicious. trisobbio is also known for its historical grissini produced by the bakery “I grissinari” delicious also canestrelli biscuits tart. I mean, it's worth the trip.

The castle of trisobbio is a real wonder, perched on top of the hill dominates the village below, of medieval origins and features. in the castle is a great restaurant with indoor and outdoor rooms, a fantastic location for ceremonies and parties. In addition to the restaurant, the castle has some truly charming rooms, which can be booked for truly exclusive stays. the whole area is rich in history and charm, being in the true heart of the high mountains. in some cases you can visit the very high tower overlooking a spectacular panorama.

Beautiful and charming location. suitable for lunches, dinners and parties. the manager, yuri, really a gracious and kind person, has also given us a bottle of wine as a tribute. personally I would cure and improve some aspects, such as: cleaning the room where I found webs at the windows, broken shower attack and sachet of the day before; terrace full of pigeon pouch; passage visit to the tower to be improved, dirty and dark, but once climbed, breathtaking view; breakfast only from 9/9.30 onwards (always had from 7.30 onwards;)
