In general its a nice and quiet wifi service not available in rooms
It's very cozy and you will feel like home and the cafe down is very good.

Once I got to my room, I had a different opinion and started looking for somewhere else to stay. The room was non-smoking but reeked of smoke, the shower floor sloped so it had water pooled from who knows where, the plastic mattress covers were like laying on a garbage bag, the door had a gap between the frame so I could see people walking past, the porcelain of the sink and toilet was stained and I was even treated with someone’s left over bar of soap.
The place and design is amazing and very attractive, but unfortunately the service is not very good
I stayed in Beit Jeddi for one night. I highly discourage people from staying there. The room was dirty the covers had blood and something brown smeared on it (I dared not smell it to figure out what it was). The bathroom was dirty and the shower had hair in the drain. The phone wasn't working so we couldn't call reception. I went next door to call reception (there is no info on the phone itself such as the number for reception which is a three digit number you just have to remember) and when we did finally call it there was no answer. So I had to walk down three times for the simplest of requests. And the lobby is not just an elevator ride but also a bit of walk around the building. And there is no wifi in the bedrooms only the lobby. When I was telling the young woman that was working on the front desk the next day she didn't even apologise, she just kept making excuses for everything I bought up. IT WAS A VERY VERY UNPLEASANT STAY!
