Without a doubt, this is the best Shawarma in Tripoli. The service is quick, even when the restaurant is busy. The seating area is small, but most people order takeout anyway so this isn't a big issue. I can't comment on anything else besides the Shawarma sandwich, as I haven't tried anything else on the menu. The Shawarma here is made just right, whether you choose chicken or beef. The meat is thinly sliced, neither dry nor overly moist. The flavors are perfectly balanced with the other ingredients. I recommend trying the Beef Shawarma sandwich as is, or the Chicken Shawarma sandwich without coleslaw.
