I came in to get some food and I witness some insanity. A lady lost her marbles on the employees because she placed a mobile order and her stuff didn't go through, which wasn't the employees fault. The ultimate reason I'm giving a five star review is because of how well the employees handled that crazy lady. They were nothing but polite and helpful even though she was cussing them out.
I go to this Subway fairly often for my 91 year old mom's favorite sandwich since it is closest to home. I get good service on the norm and even tolerate the fly situation in the summer but today I felt I should post a complaint. New Years morning and sign said opening at 10 inside the Walmart. It was 9:56 so I shopped a bit and when done Subway was open. So I went in and stood by where you order. I could hear the server getting ready as there was no bread in the oven that was in my view. So I waited some more. When I felt I waited too long, I went up by the entrance counter where she could see me and asked Very Nicely if she was ready to make a sandwich in case she needed a few more minutes. She said in a demeaning tone something to the effect well, we're open or the doors are open. Well, the doors were open but I was not being waited on. I didn't say anything to her since I didn't want to bring in the New Years on a sour note. But I got home and it really bothered me cause I've worked in customer service all my working life and would never had said that. Period.
Got charged 9 dollars for a foot long when I thought it was going to be 5 ends up only 3 are actually that price for some reason they stopped selling buffalo chicken and they don't know how to make healthy tunafish it is so full of mayo that my chopped salad that I got tunafish no salad dressing my salad and bowl was drenching in it
