In my o... read more This is only our second visit to this restaurant, and it came highly recommended by a friend. It's one of those hidden gems, like a secret fishing spot. In my opinion, this modest café could hold its own against any big city eatery. It's definitely family-friendly, starting from the warm welcome you receive at the entrance to the delightful culinary experience that unfolds. You don't just get a single waitress; the whole team is involved in making your meal special. The dining area is spotless, the tables are well-kept, and the food is genuinely good. I can assure you, if you're hungry, you're in for a treat. The prices are reasonable and fair. You can either order from the menu or choose from the daily specials available at the buffet. Trigon Café is definitely making it onto my short list of favorite places. Just a tip: it's best to arrive early since they only open for breakfast and lunch, and parking can fill up quickly.

Onions, peppers and cheeses. yummy yummy yummy!!! and OMG the roasted zucchini again yummy yummy yummy yummy yummy!!! My husband ate the chicken fried steak from the serving line With all the fixations and he said it was all really good. If you've ever been in Trinity and looking for a good place to eat with an amazing staff, this is a must.

I ordered the Philly cheesesteak, which was the best I’ve ever had in Texas. The only thing I would suggest is adding a sampler appetizer plate, haha. It’s a fantastic restaurant that’s really popular with the locals. We were in town recently, and I’m so glad we discovered this gem! I can't recommend it highly enough!
