Thank you to the cashier who was truly an amazing young man who was patient with my sister and I, while ordering with my nieces. Also to Taylor the assistant manager who assisted my sister and gave her bandaids to comfort my youngest niece who had a papercut. We were headed for a two hour car ride ahead of us and it wad she could focus on. Taylor you made my nieces whole night.Thank you so much. GOD BLESS YOU ???? View all feedback.
What Alejandra Wunsch doesn't like about Chick-fil-a:
My friend has a milk allergy, and even though we clearly stated no butter on her sandwich, they still made it wrong and she ended up eating it without pickles and with extra butter. The cashier even repeated the order correctly – no butter, extra pickles. However, they still made a mistake and my friend had a reaction before they realized their error. She is not lactose intolerant, but allergic to milk fat and breaks... View all feedback.
I never thought I would give Chick-fil-A a 1-star review, but here I am. I have been a loyal customer at this Trinity location for years and never had any issues until recently. Since the Covid pandemic, I have experienced several mishaps with my orders. When I tried to call and make a complaint, the only option was to leave a voicemail and I never received a call back. The breakfast sandwiches are subpar, the grilled chicken nuggets are not worth the price, and the chicken tenders I ordered today were thin and nearly burnt. My fries were also burnt, so I gave them to my niece's dog. The food was cold, and my husband's order was also cold and came with the wrong sauce. It seems like the employees are not the same anymore. I'm not sure if there is new management or new managers, but the quality of this location has really gone downhill.
I am giving this restaurant three stars based on my previous positive experiences. I have visited before and have been served lunch in the morning. I ordered a specific sandwich, which was prepared for me, however, the cashier did not confirm the order back to me as expected. Having worked in fast food for years before pursuing my current career, I know the importance of double-checking orders to ensure customer satisfaction. With separate lunch and breakfast menus, it would be helpful to clarify the order. Additionally, it is crucial to address customer concerns rather than appearing indifferent. Despite the restaurant's reputation for expensive high-quality food, the service fell short. Proper training for teenage employees is essential. In my opinion, the sandwich was subpar, with burnt-tasting chicken that was not fresh.
The chicken at this restaurant is a must-try. It is freshly cooked and served tableside by a friendly staff member who also refills drinks and ensures customers are completely satisfied. My only complaint is that the restaurant is not located closer to Little Road and SR-52. The prices may be a bit high, but the quality of the food surpasses that of most other chains. I highly recommend giving them a try - you won't be disappointed. - Gino B.
The portions at this restaurant are a bit small and unfortunately, they are not open on Sundays due to company policy. I had forgotten about this policy and made plans to go with my family, which was disappointing. Despite this, the atmosphere at the restaurant is enjoyable. On a previous visit, I went through the drive-thru and when asked for my name, I jokingly said it was Superman. To my surprise, when I reached the front to pick up my order, they called out for Superman and gave me my food, much to the amusement of my girlfriend's 10-year-old child in the car. The friendly staff are what make this place special.
She is not lactose intolerant, but allergic to milk fat and breaks out in hives and gets feverish when she consumes milk. I would not recommend this restaurant if you have any dietary restrictions.
