Description

Chick-fil-A has garnered mixed reviews from patrons, reflecting both high expectations and recent disappointments. While many appreciate the friendly staff and efficient service, complaints about order accuracy and inconsistent food quality resonate strongly. Several customers noted issues with cold or poorly prepared meals, and the drive-thru experience, despite its recent remodeling, still presents challenges, particularly with traffic flow. However, some diners remain loyal, enjoying favorite menu items like the spicy deluxe sandwich and macaroni and cheese. The warm atmosphere and moments of exceptional customer service stand out, but inconsistent execution has led to a notable decline in overall satisfaction.

The portions at this restaurant are a bit small and unfortunately, they are not open on Sundays due to company policy. I had forgotten about this policy and made plans to go with my family, which was disappointing. Despite this, the atmosphere at the restaurant is enjoyable. On a previous visit, I went through the drive-thru and when asked for my name, I jokingly said it was Superman. To my surprise, when I reached the front to pick up my order, they called out for Superman and gave me my food, much to the amusement of my girlfriend's 10-year-old child in the car. The friendly staff are what make this place special.

I never thought I would give Chick-fil-A a 1-star review, but here I am. I have been a loyal customer at this Trinity location for years and never had any issues until recently. Since the Covid pandemic, I have experienced several mishaps with my orders. When I tried to call and make a complaint, the only option was to leave a voicemail and I never received a call back. The breakfast sandwiches are subpar, the grilled chicken nuggets are not worth the price, and the chicken tenders I ordered today were thin and nearly burnt. My fries were also burnt, so I gave them to my niece's dog. The food was cold, and my husband's order was also cold and came with the wrong sauce. It seems like the employees are not the same anymore. I'm not sure if there is new management or new managers, but the quality of this location has really gone downhill.

I'm giving this restaurant three stars based on my previous positive experiences. I've dined here before and enjoyed lunch during the morning hours. I ordered a specific sandwich, which was made for me, but unfortunately, the cashier didn’t repeat my order back to me as I would have expected. Having worked in fast food for many years before my current career, I understand how important it is to double-check orders to ensure customer satisfaction. With distinct lunch and breakfast menus, confirming orders would certainly help clear up any confusion. Moreover, it's essential to address customer concerns rather than coming off as indifferent. While the restaurant is known for its expensive, high-quality food, the service did not meet those expectations this time. I believe that proper training for young employees is crucial. As for the sandwich, I found it to be lacking, with chicken that had a burnt taste and did not seem fresh.

I want to give a special thank you to the cashier, an incredible young man, who was so patient with my sister and me while we were ordering for my nieces. I also want to express my gratitude to Taylor, the assistant manager, who helped my sister by providing bandaids for my youngest niece, who had a paper cut. We were about to embark on a two-hour car ride, and it was something my niece could really focus on. Taylor, you made my niece's entire night! Thank you so much, and God bless you!

The food is usually good, but on this occasion, it was cold. The cheese on the hot chicken was not melted, and when I mentioned it to the girl at the counter, she said it had just come out of the refrigerator and didn't seem concerned. I then spoke to a guy about the cold food, and he apologized but said that since I had eaten most of it, they wouldn't offer a compensation. I accepted that, but I want you to know that you've lost two loyal customers.
