What Cordie Parker doesn't like about Bamboo Snack Shack:
the burger pattie was squidgy and soft like there was little meat in it and all filler of some sort - bad texture bad flavour. Last burger i had there was excellent. Could not eat this one, had to throw it away. My son's was the same. View all feedback.
Lovely fresh fish and seafood cooked to order. Good all round menu to suit different tastes. Staff extremely friendly and helpful.
The Bamboo snack shack at Holloways has the best fish in chips in Cairns, it's always fresh and delicious. We love getting the fish and calamari. The serves of chips are a great size and good price. The service is always friendly and cheerful.

A works burger with pineapple was large and so freaking tasty!Chips were fresh and crunchy.The sauces on option are fantastic! Service is sensational and you would be mad if you didn't stop in here for a meal on the way too or back from the beach!
