We paid a visit to the historic fishing village of Trinity and stumbled upon this splendid traditional restaurant. We only had lunch but the seafood chowder was very welcome. What set Skipper Bob’s apart was the exceptional service we encountered. So friendly and interested in each of their customers. Thank you. View all feedback.
What Laurent Charles doesn't like about Skipper Bob's:
Small, friendly restaurant. Apparently we arrived just before closing. But we didn't feel like we were being pushed or rushed out of the restaurant. This restaurant provides a variety of delicious breakfast and lunch options in cozy wooden rooms at affordable prices. The friendly and welcoming ladies who manage the restaurant add to the enjoyable dining experience.

While touring Trinity, we stopped here for a quick lunch. My partner was desiring a cheese sandwich and was not disappointed. I chose the fish chowder soup and was delighted. It had the right texture; not too running and not too thick. It was excellently spiced and came with a bun. I asked for a second bun and was obliged not no cost. All the food is prepared in a simple kitchen by a lovely lady who is also your waitress. She provides excellent service.
Visited on July 30, 2018. Had lunch and was quite pleased. Small casual setting with great food choices. We had fish cakes, burger and soup and sandwich between us all. Everyone was happy with their food. Waitress was very friendly and welcoming! Would recommend!
Real food, lots of fried stuff so better take your blood pressure meds before you hang out. Great views and a fully stock tourist shop upstairs. make sure your wallet is full of cash but they do also have an ATM on site
