What Ofelia Grimes doesn't like about Calajo Restaurant:
i am a frequent visitor of this place. i live near the area. It has been a household name for some time now. I love the food here especially the dishes. what I hate is the times not only once when I had been served stale rice. it smelled so different and it was mushy. I had to ask for them to change it. then I went back again, I was expecting some change but to my DISMAY...it was still stale rice. I go there usually... View all feedback.
If you're looking for a clean place to eat, Calajo is the place to bring your whole family. The food is great and there are so many dishes to choose from. The staff are efficient and polite and the facilities are simply wonderful.
Eating here is always a delightful experience as they have maintained good service and good food on their menu. Only thing i want to suggest is to add more to the amount per serving of their food and not to follow the usual tricks of...restaurants decreasing the amount of serving to make more money.
We were pleasantly surprised by the affordable prices, delicious flavors, and generous portions at this restaurant. It's definitely worth considering when visiting the strawberry farm, as it's a great spot to enjoy a tasty meal without breaking the bank. The atmosphere may be reminiscent of a canteen, but who cares when the food is so delicious!
The place is nice, homey and clean. The food is ok but not exciting. The staff is friendly. We tried this place because it was highly recommended by TripAdvisor. However, I couldn't give high merit for this restaurant. We arrived there at 9am but the available food to choose from were for lunch. It is a cantina type where you get to pick the food they cooked. The sisig is good but the soup of the bulalo was too salty ( too much msg) but the meat was tender and delicious. I ranked this resto as GOOD since they served good free flowing coffee otherwise pick another restaurant nearby that can serve more delectable food.
