Colie's Cakes And Pastries - Trinidad

The best cinnamon roll I've ever tasted! The hand pies were also out of this world, and the carrot cake was delicious. We will definitely be going back. Highly recommended!

Wow! These sticky rolls are the best I've ever had! They are incredibly delicious, even though I'm not usually a fan of pecans. The cinnamon rolls are divine too. They even made my strawberry three-layer birthday cake, and it was amazing! My husband is also a big fan of their chocolates. I love the cream puffs as well. We drive 45 miles just to visit Colie's in Trinidad, which really speaks to how outstanding their pastries are. If you're in the area, you definitely won't be disappointed!

My sister and I found Colie's during our recent trip to Trinidad, and I have to say, if you're looking to treat someone special—or even yourself—definitely check out this amazing bakery. It truly has the most delicious pastries and bread I've ever tasted. I'm serious! I don't know the owner personally, but I wish I did! The staff is fantastic as well.

5 STARS!!! I'd give them 10 if I could. I'll make it a stop for future trips to this area. Everything's so good! Make yourself a favor when you travel around, get off the highway and stop at Colies! The pictures are not so great because I had the cookies in my car, but they taste great and everything else I got was fabulous.

So much delight in every bite! I ordered on our way to Denver and loved everything we tried. We're picky about our baked goods, and Colie's has some of the yummiest buns and pies I've ever had. We're headed back through tomorrow and will be bringing home even more to share!
