The wedding I attended on June 15 was fantastic and every detail was taken care of. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable, and reasonably priced. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel and its staff to my loved ones. Thank you for a great stay.

A special thanks to Laura, Michael and Joe. From when we booked the venue two years ago, right up until the end of the night you all took such good care of us and made our night the best ever. We will 100% be recommending your hotel to anyone who asks and have had nothing but amazing comments from everyone since. Thanks for making our day so special

From the first dealings with Laura it was nothing but hassle free and professionalism. On the day it ran perfectly! The room was beautiful! The staff were 5star and a credit to the hotel. Joe and Michael were the main two who looked after us on the day and honestly could not do enough for us. We cannot recommend this hotel more. Outstanding venue, outstanding staff and a wonderful atmosphere from the second you enter to the second you leave. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for making our day so magical! More staff than I’ve witnessed in other hotels no cost cutting here. Would v much recommend this

Unfortunately, I went to the Jules restaurant at the Trim Hotel yesterday (26/04/24), where the waitresses are completely unprepared for the job, they don 't kn... read more Unfortunately, I went to the Jules restaurant at the Trim Hotel yesterday (26/04/24), where the waitresses are completely unprepared for the job, they don 't know what they 're doing there. My friend and I ordered our drinks after many, many attempts. When the drinks were delivered we already knew what we were going to order, but even so the waiter said he would come back to take our order, which didn 't happen. After many, many attempts, we managed to place our order, so we relaxed, because the place is TENSE. When we were starving, after 45 mins of waiting for our order, we tried to talk to the clumsy staff of the restaurant, and realized that our order never made it to the kitchen. All the tables around us had already eaten their dessert. Then the manager intervened, belatedly, as flustered as all the staff. Everyone banging heads with no idea what they were doing in that place. I got the distinct impression that they were random people trying to figure out how to work in a restaurant. Lamentable! I don 't recommend this restaurant and I won 't return.
